Our Shipping & Returns Policy

We will ship anywhere using the following carriers:

• U.S. Postal Service

• Federal Express

• United Parcel Service (ground or air)

• Customer Pickup by appointment

Shipping charges will vary depending on the carrier and expediency with which you desire to receive your merchandise. Upon shipment, please allow up to 5 days for delivery via UPS or USPS ground. Except for customer pickup, there is a $1.50 handling fee on all orders which is included in the shipping charges shown.

Returns
Since all our creations are custom, we cannot accept returns unless there is a product defect in which case we will either repair or replace the product and return it to you.
